How do I book equipment?
Drop our team an email at hello@stmo.studio with your requests, hire start date, hire end date, and we will get back to you with our availability and quote.
Do I need an account to make a booking?
Yes, and our team will set this up for you. Once you have accepted the quote, we will request some information from you to get your account set up, after which we can confirm your booking.
How do I collect and return my equipment?
Collection is from our studios in Bishops Cleeve between 3pm and 5pm the day before your hire start date. We ask that you return the equipment to our studios before 11am on the day of your hire end date. Simply buzz at the door of our studios and one of our team will let you in to handover or collect your equipment.
Do you offer delivery services?
Our team can deliver and collect equipment to locations within a 40-mile radius of Bishops Cleeve. Delivery costs are based on the distance from our studios and will be calculated during quotation. There is a minimum charge of £50 each way.
I’m on a shoot and having difficulties with equipment, what do I do?
Call us on +1242 569 109 or if we are closed, call the out of hours technical support number (+44 7885 434 649) and a member of our technical team will be happy to help.
If I damage equipment, will I have to pay?
Unfortunately as per our terms & conditions we will need to charge you the costs to either replace or repair the equipment. We would raise an invoice to you once we know exact costings, then you can discuss with your insurers if you can make a claim.
Do you offer crew as well as equipment?
Yes! We have a range of crew members that bring a wealth of knowledge and are all lovely people who are happy to help. Get in touch with our team and we can discuss your requirement.
How does the insurance work when renting equipment from you?
We require anyone renting equipment to show us their hire insurance policy. We can arrange insurance for you at an additional fee, depending on the kit being rented.
Where can I get insurance?
We recommended Performance Film & Media Insurance as they can provide insurance quickly and easily, and are very familiar with our industry. We also recommend Partners& and Towergate Insurance for short term cover.
