Collection from our studios is of course free of charge. Our team can deliver and collect within a 40 mile radius of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. This is charged at £100 each way.
For new individual / freelancer clients we may not be able to offer delivery on your first hire due to security reasons.

Yes. To book your equipment rental you will need to open an account with us, but this only takes 5 minutes. Our team can talk you through it and get it done in your first call with us if you wish.

Unfortunately as per our terms & conditions we will need to charge you the cost to either replace or repair the item(s). We would raise an invoice to you once we know exact costings, then you can discuss with your insurers if you can make a claim.

Yes! We have a range of crew members that bring a wealth of knowledge and are all lovely people who are happy to help. Get in touch with our team and we can discuss your requirement.

We require anyone renting equipment to show us their hire insurance policy. We can arrange insurance for you at an additional fee, depending on the kit being rented.

We recommended Performance Film & Media Insurance as they can provide insurance quickly and easily, and are very familiar with our industry. We also recommend Partners& and Towergate Insurance for short term cover.
