AC / Heating: The studio doesn’t have HVAC but we have space heaters and fans to regulate the temperature.
Daylight: The studio does not have any natural light and is a blackout space.

Events
Due to our open plan studio spaces, we are able to handle all types of events. We regularly have evening yoga sessions with a DJ making good use of our film lights to create an amazing dance club atmosphere. We’ve had corporate training events and even product launches. Pricing

Full Day // Dry Hire
A full day is up to 10hrs, starting between 08:00 and finishing at 18:00, unless agreed otherwise.
£600
Half Day // Dry Hire
A half day is up to 5hrs, starting anytime after 8AM and finishing before 6PM, unless agreed otherwise. Additional time after the initial period is charged at £100 per hour. After 6 hours of use we charge a full day hire at £800.
Overtime
Pre-6AM - £200 per hour
6AM to 8AM - £125 per hour
6PM to 8PM - £140 per hour
8PM to 11PM - £175 per hour
11PM to 3AM - £200 per hour
Set build day charged at 70% of day rate.
30% weekend surcharge applies to all rates, including overtime.
Parking: we have a limited amount of on site parking spaces priced at £10 per space, per day. Please enquire for availability.

The full studio is £875 for the day, including exclusive use of the kitchen, armoury lounge & all shooting spaces.
A half day for the full studio is £600.
If you’re looking for a smaller space, we also have our Colorama space available for hire on its own, this space is ideal for small product shoots or individual model shoots. It’s £400 for the full day or £300 for a half day.

Our studio dry hire includes use of the entire space (or just the Colorama area if you need a smaller space), as well as use of our kitchen, toilets, shower room, client lounge and the makeup & wardrobe balcony.

We don’t have a permanent lighting rig in place, but our team can setup almost anything you need. We have in-house equipment hire available so if you need a certain style of lighting, then just let our team know.

We have a 3-phase 40kwh supply, which is broken out to 1x 32A 3-phase outlet, 2x 32A single phase, 4x 16A and 12x 13A normal sockets.
We also have a 7Kwh generator if you need the extra power to keep your shoot running. This is charged additionally at £150 a day.

We can hold a date as a first & second pencil until 72 hours prior due to staffing and demand. 72 hours before your booking, our team will ask you to confirm the hire and request 50% deposit to be paid to keep the booking.
